Party Walls

Party Wall Agreements (or "Awards") are produced by two party wall surveyors or a single agreed surveyor over proposed works involving two property owners. Agreements could also be produced in response to a boundary dispute between two or more parties.

If you believe that works you are planning are likely to be contested by your neighbour, it is worth hiring a party wall surveyor as early as possible into planning.
